Here are our wholesale Terms & Conditions

How do I access the wholesale collection?

If you would like to be considered for a wholesale account, please email us at info@tinymoons.com.au with your Business name, ABN, contact details and a description of your store  – and we will be happy to assist you!

Please be advised that approval is based solely on our discretion as we generally only grant wholesale accounts to genuine and operational retail businesses, whether a store front or online store.

How do I place an order?

Once you have submitted an enquiry through our email address and it has been approved, you will receive your login details for the wholesale section of our website.

Go to the wholesale login page- https://www.tinymoons.com.au/collections/wholesale/wholesale

Enter your password to view the wholesale collection.

Add to cart and complete checkout. If you would like custom colours/designs please leave a note on checkout or send us an email to discuss your requirements.

Once your order is completed, we will make and send your order within 1-2 weeks. If you require your order quicker than this, please email to discuss your needs before ordering. 

Minimum order requirements

Please note there is a minimum order requirement of 15 products to qualify as a wholesale order.

Recommended Retail Price and Wholesale Pricing

Our recommended retail price (RRP) is listed in the description of each wholesale product. We are also happy for our stockists to conduct sales on our products as part of their regular business as preferred.

All prices are listed in AUD dollars, exclude GST and prices are subject to change without notice.


Tiny Moons accept payments via our online store with Credit Card and Paypal. We also accept Afterpay (Afterpay terms & conditions apply). If you would like to pay via Bank Transfer/Direct Deposit please contact us via info@tinymoons.com.au and we will send an invoice including bank details.

 Please note that orders will not be sent until cleared payment is received.

Return/Refund Policy

Please choose your order carefully as we do not give refunds for change of mind.

All orders are hand-packed and are checked for quality and correctness at the time of packing. We take great care to pack our orders to avoid damage in transit.

In the very rare event that you receive a faulty/defective item, please email us at info@tinymoons.com.au and provide details & photos of any damage or faults. Replacement of the faulty product or refund of the purchase price will be issued on return of the products back to Tiny Moons.


Shipping price is based on the weight of your wholesale order and service selected. All orders are sent via Australia Post or other couriers and include tracking at no extra charge. Australia Post usually takes 3-5 business days for standard and 1-2 business days for express. Please email us to discuss shipping for international orders before completing an order.


Registered users are permitted to download our product images for your online store, catalog, or promotional purposes.
